Ms Koh Lee Lee is the Group Chief Executive Officer at Sincere Healthcare Group, bringing over two decades of experience in the healthcare industry. With a strong passion for setting up new facilities and services, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership in overseeing financial performance and driving strategic growth.

Her academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom. With her extensive expertise in hospital management, operations, and strategic expansion, Ms Koh continues to drive innovation and excellence in the healthcare sector.

Before joining Sincere Healthcare Group in 2020, Ms Koh held several senior leadership positions across Asia. She served as the Chief Executive Officer of Gleneagles Shanghai Hospital under Parkway Pantai Limited, where she played a pivotal role in establishing and managing hospital operations in China. Prior to that, she was the Chief Operating Officer of Gleneagles Medini Hospital in Johor, Malaysia, where she was responsible for business, marketing, and operations. She also took on a dual role as Chief Executive Officer, managing a team of over 330 staff and spearheading the hospital’s strategic expansion initiatives.

Ms Koh’s extensive experience also includes her tenure as Director of Radlink Diagnostic Imaging at Fullerton Health, where she led business performance, clinical strategy, and key partnerships. Earlier in her career, she was Director of Operations at the Asian Centre for Liver Diseases & Transplantation, managing both the Parkway Asian Liver Ward in Singapore and the Vietnam Liver Centre in Ho Chi Minh City. Additionally, she held the position of Head of Department at the Diagnostic Imaging Centre in Gleneagles Hospital Singapore, where she led a team of 68 clinical and support staff, ensuring operational efficiency and financial performance.
