Dr Seng is an obstetrician, reproductive, and gynaecology specialist in Singapore, who has been committed to the healthcare of women for over 15 years. 

Dr Seng believes that it is essential to remain at the top of his field through constant medical education and self-enrichment. He has undergone extensive training in gynaecological surgery including abdominal laparoscopic surgery with an emphasis on infertility treatment and fertility preservation. 

Dr Seng received his medical degree from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and his Master of Reproductive Medicine from the University of New South Wales. He pursued his internship and subsequently obstetrics and gynaecology training at various hospitals, including the Department of General Surgery at Tan Tock Seng Hospital as well as the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department and the IVF Centre of KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital before being admitted to the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in London.

Dr Seng further completed his sub-speciality training under the HMDP scholarship by the Ministry of Health Singapore in the Centre for Reproductive Medicine and Fertility at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital, Sheffield (UK). He is a Ministry of Health (Singapore) certified reproductive specialist and registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) of the United Kingdom.

Dr Seng continues to be significantly involved in both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching. He will continue to strive towards enhancement of patient care and to research and publish valuable materials in the field of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
