Dr. Naiqing Chen is a licensed Clinical Embryologist with over 30 years of experience in fertility science and embryology. As Scientific Director, he leads the lab teams at Sincere Healthcare Group with deep expertise in IVF techniques, fertility preservation, and reproductive genetics.
He is highly skilled in advanced micromanipulation techniques including ICSI, embryo biopsy for genetic testing (PGT), laser-assisted hatching, and time-lapse embryo monitoring—pioneering the clinical use of the EmbryoScope system in the region. Dr. Chen is also a regional leader in egg and ovarian tissue freezing, having introduced these technologies into clinical care as early as 2005.
His work in male fertility includes sperm DNA integrity testing (DFI) and sperm function assessment (HBA), offering patients a comprehensive approach to treatment. In genetics, he brings extensive experience in running PGT laboratories using Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) for more accurate embryo selection and improved IVF outcomes.

As Director of Nursing, Han Dan has led key initiatives to improve clinical operations, enhance patient safety, and expand service offerings. She has played a vital role in achieving MOH and RTAC accreditations and developing new market opportunities, including in China.

With over 12 years of hands-on experience, Siaw Kai Ying is a highly skilled Clinical Embryologist dedicated to helping individuals and couples on their journey to parenthood. Since beginning her embryology career in 2012 after earning a degree in Biomedical Science, she has found deep purpose and passion in a field that blends science with the hope of creating life.
Kai Ying holds a Master’s in Clinical Embryology from the University of Leeds, where she gained strong theoretical and practical knowledge under the guidance of world-renowned experts. She has personally performed over 600 ICSI procedures and supervised more than 800 frozen-thawed embryo transfers.
